Claiming to achieve the industry’s highest power density, the MYMGK series momo-block-type, surface-mount point-of-load (PoL) dc/dc converters offer two models: 6A and 20A. Each version is available with two output-voltage range options. Measuring 9 mm x 7.5 mm x 5 mm, the 6A MYMGK1R806FRSR has a programmable output voltage range from 0.7 to 1.8 Vdc from a +5 Vdc input. The MYMGK00506ERSR also can deliver up to 6A of output from 0.7 to 5 Vdc from a +12 Vdc nominal input. The 20A models measure 10.5 mm x 9 mm x 5.6 mm and include the MYMGK1R820FRSR, operating from a +5 Vdc nominal input and the MYMGK1R820ERSR, from a +12 Vdc nominal.
