, Santa Barbara, CA, offers the TEAC DS Series of hard-disk instrumentation data recorders for wide-bandwidth data collection applications, such as pyrotechnic shock, structural dynamics, and rotational analysis. The recorders feature an internal RAID array and record data in TEAC TAFFmat digital file format. You can transfer the data to a networked PC or record directly to a network drive via the Gigabit Ethernet connection. Sampling rates are from 20 kHz to 1 MHz per channel for a usable frequency bandwidth of 8–400 kHz. The recorder can be configured for up to 64 input channels.
