Data Converter Replaces 20 Discrete Chips
Maxim Integrated Products

Suitable for use in base stations, industrial control, and automation, the MAX11300 PIXI configurable data converter allows engineers to mix and match 20 ADCs, 20 DACs, or 20 High voltage digital I/O pins in any order. The MAX11300 PIXI is reportedly the industry’s first configurable 20-channel, -10V to +10V high-voltage mixed-signal data converter. Unlike traditional multichannel data converters, the MAX11300 data converter lets engineers configure the 20 mixed signal input/outputs (I/Os) to optimize their designs. Available in a 40-pin, 6 mm x 6 mm TQFN package and a 48-pin, 9 mm x 9 mm TQFP, pricing starts at $5.88 each/1,000.
