Cylinder Position Sensor from TURCK

The WIM45 from TURCK Inc., Minneapolis, MN, is a compact magnetic field sensor that provides a direct analog output for determining the position of a piston magnet on all types of pneumatic cylinders. The device uses a series of Hall elements to sense the piston magnet. Users can reverse the sensors analog output slope by rotating the sensor 180°. Housing is 72 mm by 5 mm. Two prefixed tips on each end of the sensor help seat the sensor in the T groove until the screw is tightened to ensure stability during operation.
