The Siglent SDM3045X 4½-digit dual-display digital multimeter features a combination of basic measurement functions with multiple math and display choices and special features including histogram, trend chart, bar chart, statistics, hold measurement, dBm, etc. Its front panel features a 480 x 272, high-resolution color TFT-LCD that shows the 60,000 count readings. Interfaces include USB Device, USB Host and LAN, and an Ethernet interface supporting the common SCPI command set. The instrument takes reading at speeds up to 150 readings/second and make measurements of True-RMS ac voltage and current, resistance to 100 MΩ, capacitance to 10,000 µF, continuity and diode tests, frequency and period, and temperature with support for thermocouple and RTD sensors. Additionally, the multimeter contains 1 GB of Flash memory and includes the company’s EasySDM software. The SDM3045X is available now, priced at $389 each.
