The 44 by 47 by 14 mm ADIS16334 and 11 by 22 by 33 mm ADIS16375 from Analog Devices Inc., Norwood, MA, are IMUs suited for navigation, guidance, tracking, instrument control, platform stabilization and other six-degrees-of-freedom sensing functions in equipment. Each inertial system includes a triaxial gyro with ±300°/s dynamic range and a triaxial accelerometer with a ±18 g (ADIS16375) or ±5 g (ADIS16334) measurement ranges. Features include factory calibration, gyro bias stability of 12°/hr., accelerometer bias stability of 0.13 mg, 330 Hz bandwidth, 2460 sps sampling rate, continuous bias estimation, user-selectable decimation filters and user-configurable FIR filter banks, and delta theta and delta velocity outputs.
