Gas Sensing Solutions’ latest CO2 sensor targets European Building Control, HVAC, IAQ and DCV applications at the forthcoming ISH 2017 show running from March 14th-18th in Frankfurt. A smaller version of GSS' current CozIR, CozIR LP, it’s overall volume is 85% less than the envelope of the current sensor and uses SmartIR LED-based technology, allowing for simplified systems. Operating 2 samples/s, the CozIR LP requires a peak pulse current of 33 mA and can be supported by compact batteries, negating the need for larger batteries and supercapacitors.
