TankVista from New Boundary Technologies, Minneapolis, MN, is a cloud-based Web service for continuously monitoring and analyzing the conditions and storage levels of commercial storage tanks, bins, silos, and other containers. TankVista takes raw data such as tank level, temperature, pressure, humidity, and other criteria captured from tank sensors, collects it on the Web, and translates it into actionable information—available from any Web browser—for agribusiness, petroleum, restaurant, and other industries to use to improve efficiency. The service integrates with Digi's iDigi Tank wireless mesh tank monitoring products. Features include built-in mapping to show tank locations and conditions, automatic email/cell phone alerts when tank conditions meet user-defined thresholds, advanced reporting, and end-to-end encryption and authentication.
