2301C Series probe-type pressure sensors from Dytran Instruments Inc., Chatsworth, CA, are designed to measure very fast pressure transients such as those encountered in field-blast and shock-tube applications. Sensors are hermetically sealed, have a 0.35 pC/psi sensitivity, are available in 6 F.S. models with ranges from 100 psi to 15,000 psi, and have a titanium housing. Sensors have a slender probe configuration with an external clamp nut and are operational in temperatures to 500°F.
