Cartridge Fuse Cooks As Per UL 197

The SHT series is described as a robust, compact and cost-effective cartridge fuse with increased breaking capacity and voltage ratings. With a breaking capacity up to 3500A at a nominal voltage of 250 Vac, the component meets standards for commercial electric cooking appliances according to UL 197, while the 1500A at 500 Vac fuse suits a broad range of industrial 1- and 3- phase systems such as photovoltaic systems and frequency converters for industrial automation. The fuse is also rated for dc applications up to 400 V.

The 6.3 mm x 32 mm fuse can be installed as a replaceable fuse using board level or panel-mount open or closed fuse holders. The SHT series is Time-Lag “T” according to UL 248-14 and carries cURus approval. Pricing for the fuse without leads is about $0.54 each/100.
