Described as low-cost components, Roll-Slide Mini carriage and rail linear motion systems are available in lengths from 160 mm to 1200 mm. They deliver smooth, linear travel from 88 mm to 1128 mm and measure 12-mm high. Other features include low friction, 440c stainless steel roller bearings with a coefficient of friction from .001 to .010, low magnetic signature, corrosion resistant stainless steel rails, and electrode-less nickel-plated carriages. As an option, the carriage is available with a stainless steel, plastic tipped friction knurled hand stop, and the rails are supplied with end stops. Carriage and rail systems can be ordered with zero clearance for maximum precision.
