The CLS2 from
Dwyer Instruments Inc., Proximity Div., Michigan City, IN, is a capacitive level switch that uses impulse RF admittance and an active guard to measure level for powders, bulk materials, or liquids. Designed to autocalibrate, the sensor features stability, insensitivity to material buildup; a universal power supply; failsafe setting; power, sensor, and output status indication; programmable output time delay; and a removable wiring terminal. Applications include level indication in silos, receivers, and transporters in pneumatic conveying systems.
