Cable Connectors Work Equally Well Inside Or Out

Cable Connectors Work Equally Well Inside Or Out

EN 16330 approved for both outside and inside cabin connectivity, the WME cable connector series services a wide variety of harsh environment applications from winter and road service vehicles to agricultural, mining, and mobile machinery. Providing UV resistance and waterproof sealing, the components employ a self-closing cap with secondary locking feature that adds resistance to shock and vibration. Additionally, they offer an enhanced grip to facilitate connection while wearing gloves. Other features include thermoplastic shells, cable glands, closing cap and inserts that are Halogen free and RoHS compliant, operating temperatures from -30°C to +85°C, IP68/69K sealing, a withstanding voltage of 5 kV, and a mechanical life of 250 mating cycles. WME2 is the internal cabin component and is also Halogen free and RoHS approved. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, and is UL94 V-O flammability rated. It has a withstand voltage of 1.5 kV and mechanical durability is 250 mating cycles.
