The NBK bypass level indicator is used in applications requiring visual indication, continuous measurement, and/or control of liquid levels. Any compatible media with a viscosity less than 200 cPs is a candidate. The design relies on the hydrostatic pressure principle to display tank level in a side-mounted measuring chamber. A float, which contains a ring magnet, rises and falls with the liquid level in the bypass tube. This allows the NBK to be built with an all-metal construction.
