Black Adhesive Can Be Light Cured
DELO Industrial Adhesives

Light curable, DELO-DUALBOND GE4949 is a black-dyed, multi-purpose, modified acrylate can be used for bonding most metals, plastics and glass. A small humidity-curing element is found in the adhesive that triggers curing in small shadowed areas. It is used to bond layers up to 500-µm thick. The one-component, solvent-free adhesive has a medium viscosity and a high elongation at tear, and is useable in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C. Additionally, the adhesive cures best with visible light in a wavelength 400 nm and by humidity in shadowed areas.
