Axcelis Announces Purion Platform

BEVERLY, MA -- Axcelis Technologies, Inc. announces it will showcase its Purion Platform of ion implanters at SEMICON Korea 2016. The event is being held January 27-29, at the COEX Center in Seoul, Korea. It will feature over 500 companies from 20 countries and is expected to draw over 40,000 attendees.
