Burns Engineering Inc., Minnetonka, MN, offers sealed Autoclave RTDs for use in pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. Temperature range is –40°C to 135°C. Features include a dual-element configuration (100 ohm at 0°C) with ±0.05°C max. shift at 0°C after 20 cycles between 21°C and 135°C, waterproof design, 1/8 in. sharpened tip configurations, and an epoxy-filled sheath. The waterproof design extends through the sheath, through a dual-crimped and sealed transition to the extruded Teflon leadwire.
