The OM-CP-HITEMP140 series autoclave temperature data logger is built for use in harsh environments. The stainless steel device is submersible and can withstand temperatures up +140°C (284°F). CE compliant, it can store up to 32,700 readings and features a 1" rigid external probe capable of measuring temperatures up to +260°C (500°F). Additionally, the logger records date and time stamped readings and has non-volatile solid state memory. Price starts at $499.
