The researchers say the rise in adoption of machine learning chips across various industries is due to optimized productivity, diversified applications, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI). However, lack of skilled workforce poses a key threat to market growth. In contrast, growing popularity of Internet of Things (IoT) and increased demand for automated devices would offer lucrative growth opportunities.
