Asia Clean Capital and Butler China to Co-Develop 300 MW Solar Pipeline in mainland China

BEIJING -- Asia Clean Capital ("ACC") and Butler China ("Butler") announce a cooperation agreement to co-develop an identified solar pipeline of over 300 megawatts in Mainland China. Under the terms of the Agreement ACC will provide construction and financing for the solar systems and Butler will provide manufacturing and installation services of associated rooftops.

The pipeline leverages the tremendous success both companies have enjoyed in China, particularly Butler's unparalleled track record of over 56-million square meters of installed rooftop systems. Projects from this pool of rooftops have been chosen according to a strict set of criteria, leaving a highly select group of the highest credit risk counter-parties in the most favorable sunlight regions.

Over its lifetime it is estimated that the pipeline of solar projects will result in the reduction of 9-million tons of C02, or the equivalent of 3.7-billion liters of gasoline.
