The transducer also features simple pushbutton calibration, temperature compensation, and zeroing. Its embedded intelligence ensures that all functions are accessible, with no need to connect to a PC to download a configuration file when changing sensors or performing high level calibrations. Also to be demonstrated, ThreadChecker consists of a single electronics module compatible with any probe/material combination. Designed specifically for in-die use, ThreadChecker provides rugged, reliable verification of thread presence or absence in nearly any electrically conductive material.
