The A1335 360° contactless, programmable magnetic angle position sensor IC is designed for digital systems. The device has a system-on-chip architecture with a front-end based on Circular Vertical Hall (CVH) technology, programmable microprocessor-based signal processing, and supports multiple communication interfaces including I²C, SPI, and SENT. In addition to providing 360° angular measurement, it provides two options for on-chip linearization: harmonic linearization to handle applications requiring side-shaft magnetic configurations and segmented linearization used for scaling angle measurement applications that require less than 360° of motion. Other features include on-chip EEPROM technology, capable of supporting up to 100 read/write cycles, temperature compensation and gain/offset trim, and output linearization algorithms. The A1335 is available as a single die in a 14-pin TSSOP, or dual die in a 24-pin TSSOP. Both packages are lead (Pb) free with 100% matte-tin lead-frame plating. Pricing starts at $2.04 each/1,000.
