The Model 5100-25-IT ammonia gas sensor module from Sierra Monitor Corp., Milpitas, CA, is a network-enabled gas detector that requires calibration every 6 months. The sensor features nonintrusive, one-person calibration; an 8-character LED display for setup; a choice or combination of 4–20 mA, RS-485 Modbus RTU, or optional 8 A integral relays for outputs; a remote sensor configuration option; and cast aluminum or 316 SS enclosures for use in hazardous areas.
