Crane Wireless Monitoring Solutions (WMS) will roll out its VantedgePoint remote monitoring system based on the IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee wireless networking standard, providing integration with LAN and Cellular WAN communications, which is provided by the Aeris GSM network. The VantedgePoint system is designed for two-way communications, supporting real-time data capture and analysis and provides the capability to remotely monitor various types of machines, sensors or processes. Crane WMS will also provide data aggregation, hosting and network management for remote monitoring network solutions.
