The T24-AR from LCM Systems Ltd., Newport, U.K., is a wireless active repeater designed to increase the range and coverage of the company's T24 wireless telemetry system. The repeater can effectively double the radio range, acting as a transparent link between the T24 acquisition modules and the base station or handheld display. Without the repeater the T24's range is up to 200 m; multiple repeaters provide a max. range of 400 m and extend the area of coverage by combining multiple acquisition modules in strategic positions. The T24 system lets you mix and match proprietary acquisition devices for reliable remote readings for critical applications.
