Features include measurement ranges of 15 or 50 psia with 200 mV F.S. output and 180 or 320 kHz frequency responses, respectively; operating temperature range of –54°C to 121°C; combined nonlinearity, nonrepeatability, and pressure hysteresis error of <0.50% F.S.; ability to withstand 10,000 g shock and 10,000 g acceleration; min. 5X burst pressure; and overall thickness of 0.030 in. and 0.250 in. dia. The sensor is typically mounted onto curved surfaces.
