The TE1 Series absolute linear position sensors integrate both a microprocessor plus associated circuitry to provide signal conditioning for a current or voltage output signal. Signal-conditioned output enables allow for long cable runs without substantial signal loss and output connections with only signal and ground connections to make. Versions are available with and without a return spring. Ball coupling is included for backlash- and shear-force free operation. Specifications include 25 mm to 150 mm measurement range for both rod and rod with return spring versions, unlimited resolution, a repeatability of 0.002 mm, and linearity to ± 0.075% of full scale.
