Tailored for employment in railway converter, telecomm, data acquisition and control, and test-and-measurement applications, the BHE30006 low-noise, isolated dc/dc converter provides 40W of output power at 85% efficiency. Consisting of a single output, the converter measures 1.98"x1.58"x.55" and operates over a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C without derating. Additionally, the BHE30006 meets the basic requirements of UL/EN60950-1 and carries the CE mark. Other features include a 5:1 input voltage range, less than 20 mV of output noise, six-sided shielding, soft start, 1.5 kVdc input /output isolation, an adjustable output, and remote on/off control.
