The FOD8332 2.5A IGBT/MOSFET drive optocoupler features an insulation working voltage rating (VIORM) of 1,414V, permitting it to drive 1,200V IGBTs. The company’s proprietary Optoplanar coplanar packaging and IC design achieve the high insulation voltage and a high noise immunity. The device resides in a wide-body, 16-pin small outline plastic package.
