10-Bit HD Scopes Optimize Vertical Resolution

10-Bit HD Scopes Optimize Vertical Resolution
Teledyne LeCroy

Embarking as the latest offering in the company’s high-definition (HD) oscilloscope line, the HDO9000 HD oscilloscopes feature HD1024 high definition technology that automatically optimizes vertical resolution under each measurement condition to deliver 10 bits of vertical resolution. The combination of the next-generation MAUI with one-touch user interface with a 15.4” capacitive touch screen pairs up with a deep analysis toolbox. The oscilloscopes offer 10-bit resolution, bandwidths of 1 GHz to 4 GHz, and sample rates of 40 GS/s. Via optimized filtering, the HDO9000 can extend vertical resolution beyond 10 bits to as much as 13.8 bits. The mixed signal (-MS) models have 16 digital lines which can be used for trigger, decode, and measurements for analyzing timing irregularities or for general-purpose debug of digital designs. Additionally, the HDO9000 is compatible with the HDA125 High-speed Digital Analyzer, with 12.5 GS/s digital sampling rate on 18 input channels, and the QuickLink probing solution for high performance digital acquisitions. The HDO9000 is available now in 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-GHz bandwidths with prices ranging from $21,250 to $37,400. Additionally, -MS versions of each model are available with 16 digital channel sampling at 1.25 GS/s for an additional $3,000. For more information, visit http://www.teledynelecroy.com/hdo9000
