10-Bit, 2.5 Gsps ADC from e2v

The EV10AS150 ADC Series from e2v, Grenoble, France, is a family of 10-bit ADCs sampling at 2.5 Gsps in 1st and 2nd Nyquist zones. The ADCs combine the ADC and a DMUX device and are suited to demanding receiver applications such as direct-RF sampling, telecom test instrumentation, digitizer systems, automatic test equipment, wideband satellite receivers, and high-speed data storage. The devices incorporate Infineon's bipolar SiGeC silicon technology with a 200 GHz fT transit frequency, lower power consumption, and improved transistor matching. ADC features include >60 dB SFDR, 51 dB SNR, 8-bit ENOB, and a 1:2 or 1:4 selectable ratio DMUX output for interface to industry-standard FPGAs.
