The component achieves a high power rating of 0.5W via a reverse-geometry design, which provides for greater heat dissipation. Additionally, it offers reliable thermal-shock characteristics and solder-joint resistance, and an operating temperature of -55°C to +155°C. Other features include a TCR of ±100 ppm/°C with resistance tolerances of 1% and 5%, resistance values of 10Ω to 1MΩ and AEC-Q200 qualification.
